I participated in personal training with Arur dedicated to the use of a knife. A few-hour training (I might as well call it workshop) turned out to be very rich, with content illustrated with many examples of practical use. Artur is a great professional who is 100% committed to what he does. He conveys messages in a simple and understandable way. It was a hard and busy Saturday, a large dose of theoretical and practical knowledge and exchange of experiences. Really strong group and the hosts Damian Laszuk and Artur Bednarek showed and dispelled many doubts, teaching ourselves and the people who attack us. Fortunately, the "DEFENSIVE USE OF THE KNIFE" training ended only with bruises, minor injuries and large soreness. Thanks again.

I'm over 50, I weigh over 100. Thanks to Artur's training and learning strategies and "good manners", I managed to stand on the podium three times in knife fighting competitions, including the Polish vice-championship in the Philippines, within two years. Just like in stick fighting, the championship of Poland thanks to simple tips and sticking to the strategy developed by Artur.
Today in AL 'ASAD SELFDEFENSE ACADEMY turbo valuable tips - I was there and I do not regret it. There is more and more going on on the club. Artur Bednarek - fighting and knife throwing - a man worth recommending. Substantially and interesting.

Artur is a great passionate of weapon fighting. It is difficult for me to imagine a person with more experience and competence to learn real, defensive knife combat (i.e. when we strive to minimize losses on both sides of the conflict). Artur approaches his self-defense trainings comprehensively - he teaches not only what to do when it comes to physical violence, but also how to behave earlier. For an inexperienced person "in street life", it completely changes the perspective. Although Arthur is one of the most calm and empathetic people I have met, he can simulate an attack without exposing the student to loss of health. Thanks to his help, I feel much more in control of potentially dangerous situations. I highly recommend Artur!

I am a certified self defense and martial arts instructor from Polish Sport Academy (Polska Akademia Sportu) since 2018 and I do own a k-2 SPAS knife fighting certificate since 2016.
The subject of white weapons, martial sports and widely understood personal safety was always at my keen interest. After childhood, during which I was lucky enough to try Karate and Judo, I trained „Modern Ju-Jitsu” under Shihan Krzysztof Dawidowicz, then traditional Ju-Jitsu (KoKoDo), fighting with weapons based on japanese, chinese and filipino martial arts, boxing, Savate (french boxing, which also included La Canne – walking stick fencing), sparring meetings that then became „Niedzielne Spotkania Sparingowe” (Sunday Sparring Meetings), SPAS (russian system designed by Konstantin Voyushin), Sport knife fighting by SPAS under Roman Minikayev.
